okay...I've learned that if you click on the pages that are JPEG, they will open in a new window and you can read the copied pages of Kitchen Klatter easily....however, if you click on the non-JPEG pages, nothing happens. I'm trying to figure out how to recitify this....
My grandma was Fern Christian Miller. She wrote for Kitchen Klatter throughout the 1970's and maybe in the 60's but I have never seen articles earlier than 1972. I only have 5 articles. Those articles are in May of 1972, May of 1977, April 1974, and May of 1973. If you have any others I would love to have a copy of them. Please email me with information creationreformer@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteThanks, Brian Miller
When I moved onto the Family Farm, spring of 2001, I had a lot of cleaning up to do. In the back of one of the sheds, was an old suitcase. It was dusty and rusty and had lots of things piled on it. Imange my surprise to find it full of "Kitchen Klatter". Found out, My Great Aunts got together and ordered the Magazine each year and it was passed from one to another through the month, depending on who recieved it and who they visited with. Now I have left the farm as it's faling down, but I hope I saved those papers in a tub in storage. I just can't remember if I did, or not.

ReplyDeleteI would love to hear if you saved them and more about the experience of your aunts in sharing the monthly periodical.
